RV and Park Model Rates**
Deposits
A $150 Deposit is required on all site reservations. The balance is due in full on or before October 15, 2009. If a reservation is made after October 15, 2009 the balance is due in full at time of reservation. Deposits are refundable if request, in writing, is received prior to August 1, 2009. NO REFUNDS after August 1, 2009. No refunds for early departures of 5 or fewer months.
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee will be charged for ALL cancellations no matter the reason.
All RV lot residents in the park between April 15 and September 30 will be assessed $20.00 per month for water and sewer.
All reservations for the months of January, February and March, must be for a 3-month minimum. Lot reservations in October, November, and December may be made on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Yearly RV and Mobile renters have first preference for sites..
